Chef Mauro Colagreco has forged a style of his own, born of his Argentinian heritage, the chefs with whom he trained, and his strong intuition as he draws on the local culture on both sides of the French-Italian border. His restaurant in France, Mirazur, was awarded Three MICHELIN Stars and ranked 1st in San Pellegrino’s 2019 “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants”. Mauro Colagreco was also voted “The Best Chef in the World” by Le Chef Compilation 2019.
Chef Mauro Colagreco opened Côte in Thailand on 1st October 2022. A sophisticated, serene and welcoming Riviera-inspired dining experience. Settle into light-drenched, elegant interiors with panoramic views of the glittering Chao Phraya river. Chef Mauro handed his kitchen to son of Liguria, Chef Davide Garavaglia, who creates dishes of refined simplicity, colourful and generous gourmand cuisine. A contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional recipes and culinary heritage of the French and Italian riviera, from Nice to Genoa.
