Hey ken love ur vids on the cracking on carol kayak try either flex paint or flex tape with the clear flex seal and than let set 4 24 hours ive used it on boats and kayaks and it works great hope it helps

I've grilled alot. Nothing hurts more than grilling barefoot and accidentally dropping flaming hot food (or juice from the food) on a unprotected bare foot.

Do you ever cook your steak on the open fire when at the cottage? Did the steak not rest with that much juice in the plate?

The probe thermometer pokes holes in the meat and it leaks out.

Grill marks on steaks are bad. They're just burn lines. The whole steak should be one golden brown color to create the best sear/crust.

My big 43 is coming up in three days. Lobster tails,homemade bd cake 🎂 and Thomas Jefferson Ice Cream. Next year my parents want to do a month long trip to mount rushmore and colorado yellowstone. One big loop. Those who have not been to either place you need to go. Mount Rushmore originally each of the Presidents originally were to be fully carved head and torso Lincoln would have his hands around his jacket collar rest in the photo graphed poses but Money and time ran out. So just the heads. If you hang a right ice cream shop to have the original Thomas Jefferson ice cream. He loved ice cream. You can purchase a book mark with old style paper and fountain pen ✒️ printed on it giving you the recipe to follow. The recipe calls for fresh vanilla beans. You’ll have to order it from Penzies they have all of the seasonings Their vanilla is very expensive but well worth the price if you want the ice cream to taste right. Mcormic isn’t worth using
