for your cotton candy flavorings, Might I offer: the solution is to put the fragrance of the flavor inside the cone; the fragrance being so closely linked to taste, without adding anything to the sugar that could mess up the texture. Or sprinkle the mix of spices while the cotton candy is still unfinished and seal all the seasoning inside a final layer of smooth cotton candy to keep the dusting from falling everywhere.

I'm a quarter Belgian, with a patissier in the family. The pearl sugar's normally used as a light crustiing in pain d'épices, spiced bread, which is actually a ginger-cinnamon cake, often made with honey rather than sugar. Sometime's the honey's used as a glaze rather than in the cake. The cake mix is allowed to crust just a little, before the pearl sugar's scattered over the surface, so it bakes into the surface.

The main suger we use over here in the Netherlands is beet sugar, we call it “crystal sugar” It is grown a lot around here. Really like a lot. It is the most cultivated crop over here, corn and potatoes are close behind, then the Onion, poppy, wheat and tomato (in greenhouses)

Why not get honey wax the edible one then freeze dry it and vacuum chamber it so you make sure there is no moisture and then grind it to a super fine powder then try making it to cotton candy

Stevia on its own won't turn into cotton candy, it doesn't respond to heat in the right way.

sugar is made of crystals and it melts and cools into floss, artificial sweeteners can be a range of chemicals with a range of melting points, it doesnt necessarily crystallise and some arent even that water soluble. youd be hard pressed to find something you can use in a machine designed for sugar.

I'm from and currently living in Jamaica and brown sugar is cane sugar and the Jamaican sugar is cane sugar as well but a different type in fact cane sugar originated from Jamaica on the plantations where Africans were enslaved. 🇯🇲

On the 29th of this month please do another memorial for grant, for the 1 yr anniversary. Also the 21st of November as a birthday themed vid just a cool to do for grant . He was a huge part if alot of ppl growing up and still to this day.

Most regular sugar in the US is from sugar beets. The US has very little arable land suitable for growing sugar cane as it is a tropical plant. This is also why wholesale sugar is 3x pricier in the US than in other parts of the world. Which is also why most of our soda uses high fructose corn syrup whereas in warmer areas they use sugar.
