I remember Leokimvideo made a video about a "Newqida" brand train set that was lovely for the price. I think too many overlook how good these cheaper trains can be once you take the time to give them some attention. Glad to see you havent broken the bank with what is considered by too many to be an expensive scale, John!

Absolutely. I have a couple of Newqida goods vehicles. They look fine and are low cost enough to modify without worry.

Hi Dale. I am doing well. With cycling and garden rail projects life can get busy. Cheers. John

Nice video thanks.Just bought one of these.Looks like an inexpensive way of getting an RC loco with lights and sound. I presume playmobil do spare tyres. If not maybe Piko ones will fit.👍

Hi David. They are great locos for the money and the whole range is really robust. I have modified a couple of them. I have not bought the tyres yet but the used to be available. Cheers. John

Yes they need a bit of work to make them more realistic but you cant argue about the price.👍

You have a great indoor track, David, and did I see a young one who will be happy to run the Playmobil.

Thanks John. Jack is my youngest. At 6 hes still a little throttle happy so yes the playmobil will be ideal for him. Im in the process of lifting the oo gauge layout and laying 45mm in its place. So it will be a 32mm layout above a 45mm layout.
