Have this problem on both Windows/Google and Lenovo/Firefox. All settings are correct. Still doesn't work. Suspect it is a Facebook Issue. Works on Messenger.

I can receive Facebook Messenger video calls but can't start one. All settings appear to be correct. Messenger appears in the list of Microsoft Store apps that can access my microphone, but does not appear on the list of Microsoft Store apps that can access my camera. Puzzled...

If its a browser then instruction given in video. IF it's app then check in app settings.

all on allow and its still saying the same nag screen allow mic.. and no one can hear

Here are some tips for doing some testing. First, check other browsers.. like Microsoft Edge or install any. Check Windows 10/11 Mic settings. means meessanger working fine but browser has some issue. Please run messanger in new browser with not extension installed
