It is pretty insane that the people in charge of redistricting are the people who would benwfit the most from manipulating the redistricting.

As a Latino who grew up in LA, the behavior and comments of these council members does not surprise me in the least!! Thank god I had the resources to leave that city 10 years ago, and I am sad to see and hear at what LA has become!!

And she's still a council member just not the president get these people out of here
