You do realize that there are a lot of countries where it never snows, making it impossible for someone in those countries to adequately train or have any genuine interests in these sports. Every country has warm days making summer Olympics more "global" than the winter Olympics....

Hello, I would like to know if I can help, I have been looking for 1 month video ski competition in the last Olympic Games in Sochi where one competitor wins a race by stretching the leg and won by a "ski "I have no names nor which countries won, I just remember the scene in repetition, your help please!!

Russia doesn't "prohibit" gay and lesbian athletes. Actually it is WESTERN COUNTRIES which prohibits gays to be blood donors. Russia allows everyone to be blood donors. And Russia is not against gays and lesbians, but against its propaganda to kids.

Holding a demonstration professing a need for gay rights isn't "propaganda" but an expression of free speech, another clear problem Russia has. Children won't "turn" gay, they'll just accept their sexuality. Besides that, Russia has a slew of other examples of intolerance to gays that cannot be allowed by the olympic committee.

The gays are being prosecuted in russia and one of the main worries is that the gay athletes are going to not be allowed to compete.
