The commands below have helped me maintain a decent number of FPS.
High end systems losing mass FPS? Not normal is it?
-high (Automatically makes the game an high priority)
-novid (Loads the game without the video) -freq (Refresh rate of your monitor, mine is 60 so I use 60)
-threads 4 (Number of cores on your CPU, mine is 4 so I use 4)
-nojoy (Removes the joystick support) Constantly switching between 60 and 300 default with max_fps.

Bruh i swear to you this atmosphere of server is just hits diferrently these days, you won't found anything like this usually in most of server now

I just recall that there was also an another version of soady's gameplay in the frostdrake map here where the duration of the video is only 17 minutes length, which was also more popular than this one, i do really remembered it so well where he used the gutt knife instead of M9 bayonet like in the video here, and also at the late of box pace defense, he didn't go to top but bottom insteadly (idk..perhaps?) I really hope that you can recover that one and then reupload it in here again man,cause i want to relieve my old memories in there.
