@@HighSpeedNoDrag it's called hypervigilance for some people like myself it's a symptom of psychological and psychological traumatic events

Thats how I got into it by doing it in my duties as a bail bondsman. I actually caught a PI surveilling me thanks to the heightened awareness gained from the practice.

Most recently I heard someone suggest come out and start taking pictures of them. I can see that in some situations being very effective.

I originally thought that too but consider that a criminal can surveil you unless he violates the TEDD principle. He'd have to be very sophisticated.
