Surprise surprise. I was expecting R.Mina, R.Miya, or even R.Esterosa. I kind of doubt burst is actually the way to go for F2P. It might be better just to do a slower and sturdier team with Tempest or Lake Superior if able.

Yeah I was having a hard time thinking where to place those characters. I might replace Xiao with Esterosa since she’s a lot more durable + true damage via Skill is nice. For Mina i tried a 2nd team that has her in it, and her damaged varied cause of the Kraken shenanigans, but a pretty good performance from her. I’ll give Lake and Tempest a try and see if they’ll perform better. Thanks for watching and the suggestion!

I've tried some tests with Lake/Tempest and it looked like I had to replace someone with Peacekeepers to pass the hit-check, and it looked like everyone lived the same amount of time as well. But again it could be Kraken RNG shenanigans and such.

The reason I suggested slower and sturdier is because you don't need to pass the hit checks. It's just extra DP that you might not actually benefit from when you have an average cost lower than 4. I saw a team use Lake Superior with 8 free units and only A.Jia as an Awakened unit, and they timed out with 40% with only Agnes dying. I don't know if it's survivable without the big healers like R.Chinatsu, A.Jia, or Harim, but it might be better to not stress about the hit checks at all.

Great, a raid boss that is entirely RNG dependent purely from a mechanics perspective. It also doesn't help that it inflicts DMG AMP + Heal Reduction Debuff. Someone over at BSide must be smoking something wild. The idea sounds great on paper, but man the execution is sub par. I'd take a hit-check Raid boss any day over one that is entirely RNG dependent. Nevertheless, great F2P concept man. At the very least, you manage to get it below 50% HP and that is a good indication that you can solo one-shot the boss, albeit after 2 attempts, compared to the cancer that is Britra 😂.

Yeah BSide definitely wanted to lessen the amount of people that could one shot this Raid. (Unless you got the characters/gears for it) For sure that RNG factors is an annoyance in getting a good run for this Boss, I haven't been able get any higher than 8m so far yet. Thanks for the kind words and for watching! I actually entered a raid that was already hit lol. In the future, when the substream that has Roy as a farmable releases in Global, maybe I could hope for a higher score with him.
