In this video I'll show you how to make concrete countertop with marble chip & white cement.
Ratio of the slab: The overall L shape Slab is 14.81 square feet, thickness 1.5 inch, i put 50 kg marble chips and almost 1 bag of white cement and 1 and half quantity of white marble powder.

I am having countertops installed in Terrazzo Classico. I had to go with a custom order. HI-MACS produces terrazzo in various colors, it is a resin(epoxy?) product. I could’ve gone cheaper with granite or quartz, but I love the minimalist look of the Terrazzo Clássico.

Amazing work. But I strongly suggest workers wear protection (masks, goggles and gloves) for this kind of job. It creates significant dust and is bad for your lungs.

I agree. It's a beautiful countertop. You should be wearing protective gear for your health and safety. Inhaling the chemicals in the cement and the sealer is injurious to your health. Also, absorbing the chemicals through your skin is not good either. Finally, you need to also protect your eyes from the risk of chips that can potentially be created and projected into the eyes when using a grinder.

Este tipo de cubiertas se usaron mucho hace 20, 30 años en mi país, pero ahora se consideran pasadas de moda. Yo tuve una en mi cocina, después la cambié porque se fracturó. También se van carcomiendo con algunos productos limpiadores de cocina.

Ratio of the slab: The overall L shape Slab is 14.81 square feet, thickness 1.5 inch, i put 50 kg marble chips and almost 1 bag of white cement and 1 and half quantity of white marble powder. Water is necessary for strengthen the concrete and in the polishing you can avoid for using of water as a cleaning agent.
