While some countries, like Brazil, Germany, and Argentina, have consistently dominated the game, others have yet to reach their full potential. And Cameroon is one such country.
The African nation has a rich footballing history, producing some talented players over the years. But the country's football team has struggled to make its mark on the international stage in recent years. And to make matters worse, some players with Cameroonian heritage have also declined the chance to represent the African country at the World Cup.

Fun fact: mbappe wanted to play for Cameroon but they asked his father for a lot of money that he didn't have at the time so mbappe played for France instead and went on to win the world cup at 18 years old
