A 73-hectare estate located in Cercal do Alentejo, in Santiago do Cacém, 30 minutes from Alentejo beaches and close to the Southwest Alentejo - Vicentine Coast Natural Park. The property borders the Campilhas Dam reservoir for 1.3 km.

In the village, we can highlight the Igreja Paróquia do Cercal/ Igreja Matriz de Nossa Senhora da Conceição (pre-18th century) with its traditional religious festivals with processions, dances and food. The Ermida da Fonte Santa, Roman Bridge, Windmills, legendary old fountains and houses from that period.
