They also call him corny cuz of some of the yelling bars and sometimes he does have corny lines lol. But I think I its part of his music and I think he knows he does it. I love hopsin. He's prob in my top 10.

They call it corny cuz some of the way he said some stuff, it was hella corny when he did for example, the mocking tone of the girl, that was cringey

To be fare some of his bars are corny.Hopsin would admit it himself. Note I say this as a huge fan. But theres some of it that's understandable. Although most are probably just being haters cuz hopsin tends to call bs for bs and well.....most people are BS. LOL. some corny line examples "I got balls like I'm a ash catchum, let me blow it before you put it in like a Nintendo cartridge,. Always goofy lines sprinkled in. Funny shit to me for sure though.lol

I've been lisning to this kid for awhile now.I will tell you what I know is for a fact.He is a positive inspirer.Notice throught any of his songs he sends positive messages for the ones that are sleep in reality.Just a positive kid wonting to encourage everyone to wake up, pay attention and open your eyes and look deeper then you can imagine.Alot of people look at things one sided and be the judge simply after seeing things one way when things can honestly be seen maybe three or 4 more ways VS just only 1 way which may not always be right. We all have brains and we should all use it no matter the circumstance I know I will get some dislikes on this post but I'll give you some insight on how this type of music affected me not only this type of music but the Underground point blank. When I was a kid I remember listing to the popular music along with the other kids all through my child hood up into my highschool days I was just like all the other teens listening to this hardcore rap hanging out skipping school with my fellow friends, failing classes, getting into fights, always amped up like I was some kind of head buster, pants sagging, getting in trouble with the police at a young age and getting expelled in my high school days those days where my troubled days as a kid/teen anytime I get upset I'd flare up ready to fight or run my mouth or as they say get crunk and when I got crunk id remember listening to my mind play this crunk music whatever the artist may have been mostly off the radio.F this F that I got money, cars, clothes, wemen, I got that burner with them hollow points etc this stuff would play in my head when I got crunk man I'd be blazing fire like I couldn't be touched or something. This behavior went on till I was about 17 when my mom kicked me out because she was tired of my behavior and just put me out in the streets it was pretty much suspect that I was going down the drain at the point in my life.Im out of my mom's house I'm staying with one of my troubled friends partying living the life like a Rockstar thinking this it to life nobody can't tell me nothing right. Money, cars, clothes, etc I can do whatever I wont smh right. The older I got I began to start noticing things weren't going hand to hand started struggling with descions I had to make on my own I didn't even have a job and needed things as well. This is where it began for me .1day I just started using my head I noticed I kept getting in trouble with police and everything around me was troubled. So I started clearing out things and bad friends that was only leading me to be like them..To cut it short my buddies at that time asked me to go hang out with them and go get in some trouble .I told them no including the ex friend I was staying with I told all of them I was getting tired of this trouble stuff and I'm not with it but to get myself togetherAll of them turned on me and also was kicked from my exfriends home because they said I was p***y .Back on the streets again here I go .Landed a job the same day I was kicked out I began to think I'm getting somewhere which I was.Called my mom she took me back congratulating me on my job and I now have rent to pay .I'm saying to myself stuff is looking up.It was.. no more trouble was working and back home..1 day on my off day I was sitting on my mother's porch listing to my boombox .I started rapping some song that was on talking bout that bs again.I caught myself and began to ask myself wth am I listening to that's all I hear the same ole ganster ect lifestyle I said to myself this stuff is getting old and starting to upset me.Station after station after station same old money cars clothes and disrespecting wemen etc so I smashed my boom box .I did to bits man. I remember saying to myself it more to life then what in hearing .From that point I got involved with my step bro because the music he listened to that I never payed attention was very inspiring and very clean rap, it all started with Nas then spreaded to most Def,Talik kwalie, after that it had dawned on me that the Underground was inspiring me good guys that could rhmne a whole story without a single curse word delivering good positive messages no more gangster stuff it was more like reality the stuff I needed to hear because through that positive rap I found myself today living on my own, independent ,good carrer .My exfriends are all in jail and in prison for various things including murde and I'm the 1 living great Ok now back to the hospin subject you requested.Nope nobody liked him and still continue to not like him.My theory is that the world don't like the truth exposed. They brake down and say this right here "man I don't won't to hear that s*** not even giving credit to how creative this guy lyrical content is. There's a big thing heating up in the Underground these days and it's becoming more visible.Underground rap artist are firing words at A and R's more than ever these days. The Underground artist are underated and are way more lyrical and cleaner with there rap and also under paid .This stuff that A and R's are putting out today known as mumble rap to me just isn't rap I feel nothing listening to it but it's selling by the millions of dollars. In theory there's 2 different types of rap.If your underground the above will not ever like you or try to reckonize you vice versa my opinion is that real hip resides in the Underground not above. The radio and this mumble stuff smh going on is junk what is there to feel out of it? I'll smash another radio today. Check out Fly by hospin it's a little deep but a big message for the ones stuck in the matrix lol

Another Hopsin one that I personally love is Hopsin Ill Mind 7. That one is unbelievably deep about religion and personal struggle with it (and I say that as a non-religious guy). He just has lyrics that cut you deep with descriptive videos that are so much to take in as a listener/viewer. And yeah those are contacts, it's his thing.

I like both, been listening to rap for a long time though so I definitely prefer lyrical stuff but I also like most of the new stuff that comes out.

Loved this one in particular. I also liked I’ll mind of Hopsin 7. At least I think it was 7 but it was about how he lost a close friend to meth. It definitely hits the heart seeing as I lost a friend to heroin, not the same thing but a similar position.
