My favorite line was when he said he writes for the folks going to work at 5 am, and the folks who are late on their car payment.. I hear him say things like that a lot. Like he may have a quarter of a million dollar car in his driveway but he still thinks about the Mama’s out here struggling to put a gallon of milk in the fridge for the kids. You can’t be more GENUINE than THAT. Period.

Watching this again in December of 2023, this is truly sad. How he talked about his love of his mom. And to see how his mom really is, and has done to him, and has stolen from him is horrible. God Bless Ryan for everything he has done for so many people. 🙏❤💙🇺🇸🦅💙❤🙏

Ryan is hands down the most genuine down to earth, raw, real dude and loves his roots i may never get to meet the man himself, but he is one hell of an inspiration to a guy here in Minnesota would love to shake his hand one day and tell him his music as been thru for me thru my personal dark days as well as rockin out with bonfires and beers with the boys. What a great documentary of a modern day legend! He's so legit and humble. I wouldn't want a label to ruin him. I like that he can stay true to who he is no matter what. That's what I enjoy most about him, the fact that he is unpredictable and that his soul is not buried by music moderators and record label standards. He is anything but standard! And his circle, especially his mom, are there because they believe in him...they aren't there for the money. They know he is genuine and has a gift to connect with people of all backgrounds. His music is a story, a story that people will be listening to and telling, long after this generation is gone. That's what this life is about. Telling your story. Very well done! I really enjoyed this and wish Ryan continued success! And the powerful message he shares, it's to never stop chasing your dreams. If you believe in yourself then others will believe too. But you, and only you, have the power to turn all of those dreams into a reality. The hard work and commitment to those dreams wasnt a phase, it's a part his everyday life. And because of that, Ryan will continue to grow, as a person and as an artist. That's a reward in itself.
