My wife and I saw Alabama several times. The first time was in the early 80`s in Jemison, Alabama. We watched Randy get off the bus and walk toward the building. I called his name and he stopped, walked to the 6 ft fence, reached over took the picture that we had, signed it and handed it back. My wife still has it in a Bible today. ❤

I flew from Dallas to Cleveland with the group Alabama on board. Randy had me sit with him in first class and we talked all the way to Cleveland. He was down to earth as you can imagine. He signed my boarding pass which I still have. Real nice guy.

Tom Oswald, I agree about modern "country" singers being too "twangy". It's like they're trying too hard to "sound country" and it sounds so fake. I love the older artists with natural country souls who can sing a country song without having to "fake it till they make it" like "country" singers today.
