Why not? You can come and live here for a couple of months or more. Just to feel how it will be for you. It can be not too expensive for you. You will make some new friends here as well. You are always welcome

Слушала у блогера Марии Шаховой ,,Мы и Они" канадца который живёт в Москве, а его отец 74х лет живёт в Анапе или Сочи,точно не помню,живёт один,снимает квартиру,русский язык не знает,общается с автопереводчиком,его канадской пенсии хватает на достойную жизнь в России,сын говорит,что отец возвращается в Канаду не собирается 😊

Если вы готовы сдавать тесты на РВП, то тогда есть смысл ехать. Можно обратиться к иммиграционным юристам - они получат для вас квоту, но по приезду нужно будет сдавать тесты и вы будете привязаны к региону, который предоставил вам эти квоты на временное проживание до момента получения гражданства. Или начните со Студенческой визы в Языковой школе при Университете, готовящей к тестированию на РВП. Визу можно продлить, если что. А с этой визой можно получить регистрацию по месту проживания, которую сейчас необходимо получить в течение 7 дней после приезда в Россию (обратиться нужно в МФЦ -многофункциональный центр или отдел полиции и всё-равно потом в МФЦ). Появилась ещё Residency виза - для поиска работы в России в течение 30 дней. Удобна тем, что можно менять работодателя сколько угодно раз. Есть ещё возможность попросить убежища в России, обратившись в Российское Посольство.

@@countrysideacreshomestead2008Arend, in Moscow transportation system and i guess in every other parts of Russia public transport is free for children under 7 years. Also families with free or more children also get free tickets but the need to get special transportation cards and it's only for citizens i guess. So in future your family could save a lot on transportation.

There is "The Programm for Russian compatriots resettlement to Russia 2024". U just need to adress to Russian Embassy and apply to join The Programm. Prepare your papers and u will get Russian citizenship when u come to Russia after applying for it and passing the tests (medical, language, history and law basics) and police proceedures. U will need your medical info (books) if u have it. U can take your foreign relatives with u to Russia, but they will get Vid na zhitel'stvo (a Foreigner's residency permit).

Money u can bring to Russia in cash as much as u want, if more than 10 000 dollars per a person - u have to declare it in written form, if more than 100 000 dollars - also declare and have proofs of its legal origin.

It's good that you finally made the trip with your sons to your new home of Russia's capital city of Moscow. Perhaps next time you could bring your wife Anneesa and the girls so that they can ses how beautiful Moscow is ? I am amazed at all the beautiful colors on the Orthodox Churches in Moscow. Не совсем верно . Слово "Красный" в древней Руси обозначало "красивый" . Типа " красна девица- красивая девица" Красный угол в доме там, где стояли украшенные иконы . А стены Кремля никто никогда не красил - это жженый кирпич из особой глины и секретной в то время технологией , которой обладал только семейный клан, который изготавливал этот кирпич .

Джозеф, сходите с семьей на балет в Кремль. Это бесконечно красиво и невероятно дешево. Можно на любую постановку, но, я бы рекомендовала начать с Петра Ильича Чайковского «Лебединое озеро». Мне кажется, это самая настоящая визит-карточка России: Кремль Русский балет Чайковский

Driving through Toronto this morning, homeless guy was moving his “bed” some blankets from the store entrance to the corner of the building, it’s so sad what western countries become and looking like now! I lived in Russia in the 90s and early 2000, never I saw homeless people sleeping on the street. Even in those bad times! Now Russia looks like country for people, not vice versa

Arend, didn’t you wait until the clock struck on Red Square? They strike every hour - it's an amazing sight and sound! It was also worth watching the changing of the guard near the Eternal Flame! 🔥 Your sons would be delighted with this grandiose spectacle! They change every 2 hours.

I don't know about other cities in Russia, but in Moscow and the Moscow region, a homeless person will not be allowed to live on the street just like that, there is a Social Patrol service and a network of social shelters /workhouses for the homeless or people in difficult situations. People live, work, receive salaries in such institutions (part of the money is deducted for the maintenance of the shelter, as a living fee), receive medical care there, issue documents, or these citizens are transported to the region where they have relatives. There are also shelters for homeless people with mental problems, where they are also assisted and, if possible, enrolled in neuropsychiatric boarding schools (this is a nursing home for mentally ill people). I am a psychiatrist, I live 150 km from Moscow, I work in a psychiatric clinic and we cooperate with such a social shelter, there are two such shelters not far from me. The maximum where you can meet rare homeless people is in remote industrial areas, somewhere on the outskirts of cities, but in the centers of cities or residential areas they will not be allowed to just live on the streets.

Ну на площади 3х вокзалов они есть.Их там даже кормят по определённым дням волонтёры.Но и пытаются помочь.Многие приезжие на заработки,потерявшие паспорт,без связи с родными, там скитаются.Их отправляют волонтёры домой.

Absolutely stunning buildings and scenery. Good to know there still are places that preserve their history, and don't disfigure that which the good lord has given them to be shepherds of. Hard to imagine trains without graffiti, parks not strewn with needles, no garbage lining the streets and the homeless being looked after. Great value system .... good place to raise your kids.

Ну я смотрю хоть лавочки появились. Хотя это кремль же. Бывал я в Москве в 2011 году, ходил десятки километров, и кроме "чистых прудов"(на самом деле пруд грязный🙄) нигде лавочку не мог найти посидеть. Пришлось в метро идти, там отдохнуть

ну, далеко не все... Василий Блаженный и Грановитая Палата в Кремле самые старые, им около 500 лет... и то английское посольство очень старое, остальные дома в осногвном18-19 веков... в стародавние времена Москва была деревянной преимущественно, много раз горела... и в 1812 году была вся сожжена...

Ну положим Кремль, кроме Большого дворца и Сената, тоже средневековый(пораньше в основном чем собор Василия Блаженного (Тот же Успенский собор при Иване III построен)...), да и много вкраплений (Китай-городская стена) аутентичьны с XV-XVI го века. В общем человек попав из эпохи Ивана Грозного в центр многие здания всёж опознал)

Парни, Большой Театр как раз ровесник США - они оба были основаны в 1796 году, если я чего-то не путаю. И это был не первый театр Москвы. И, даже подозреваю, что не самый главный театр страны на тот момент - в то время столицей был Санкт-Петербург, где и по сей день есть свои великолепные театры. Скульптурная группа с колесницей над зданием Большого Театра - это Аполлон, покровитель искусств. Отличная прогулка, ждём продолжение.

Я очень рад что живу в России, да сложно временами, но в любой стране есть сложности, нужно просто себя взять в руки и искать выход. Нигде нету халявы. Нужно просто брать себя в руки и трудиться

Парк "Зарядье", что вы посетили, на его месте раньше была гостиница Россия. Вам нужен экскурсовод со знанием английского и будет очень интересно узнать много исторических моментов.Аарон, если бы я умел хорошо говорить на английском, то с радостью устроил бы вам экскурсию по Москве, мест и достопримечательностей очень много и не на один день, но сейчас главное для тебя не это, а дом и участок земли для семьи и для твоего любимого дела!!! Я держу кулаки за вас и верю в вас, пусть вам сопутствует удача и господь Бог укажет верный путь!!!

@@natalyagennadievnaгостиницу снесли,состояние гостиницы требовало масштабной реконструкции,санитарное состояние было плачевным.Потому решили снести и заново построить историческое Зарядье .

@@natalyagennadievna в начале нулевых в этой гостинице был пожар..выгорело пол здания, так, что гостиница не подлежала восстановлению. У меня там дядя и тётя работали, погибли при пожаре.

We have Christmas toys on pine trees in our area (6 buildinds, aprox 18 small pine trees). Every winter I pass them by and think, “why is no one stealing the toys?” it’s a regular district in SPb. No fencing, no gates. No security. Such beautiful ornaments! I’m not “bragging” rather bewildering. 🤷I guess no one wants to decorate their trees with the stolen stuff. 🎅(I’m shocked to hear about the pillows)

A friend of mine lives in Ufa, Bashkiria- one of the prettiest cities of Russia, and she is very proud that her grandson studies in Vancouver. She doesn't know English and when I tell her about such comments from Canadians she doesn't believe me.😂

What I noticed is that women are mostly very modestly dressed, which you don’t see that much in Canada or the US, or the country that I live in at the moment. Very beautiful country.

Вы увидели около 2% из всех достопримечательностей города. Были всего на паре станций метро, а их в Московском метро 263. Как минимум половина из них имеют потрясающий, уникальный вид и дизайн. Это как музей под землёй. Помимо этого есть множество красивых парков с прудами, зоопарк, планетарий, канатная дорога, огромный парк развлечений типа Дисней Ленда, который называется «Остров мечты». Есть классный океанариум на огромной территории ВДНХ, на которой тоже множество всего интересного. В Москве много музеев, где представлены мировые шедевры живописи, скульптуры и прочие исторические и современные ценности. Также есть парк Победы, где сейчас представлена трофейная военная техника НАТО. Помимо пешеходных прогулок, можно проплыть на катере по реке Москве, что тоже очень интересно. А что касается развлечений и вкусных ресторанов - так это вообще отдельная история. В общем чтобы прочувствовать Москву, нужно остановиться на неделю как минимум, а лучше посетить её несколько раз в разные времена года, особенно на Новый год.

Я все это прошёл за выходные))) приезжал с семьёй. Все кроме планетария из вышеперечисленного)) и остров мечты скорее всего похож на дубайский IMG world of adventure) привет из Казани!

Also, the three churches that are built every day are Orthodox. Now you know. :)

Yeah, it is gorgeous, I live in this district and pass by red square and it’s territory pretty much on a daily basis, it still fascinates me. I had lived in Dubai, been to New York and many other cities and countries, Moscow is gorgeous, though some Europeans cities have nice districts too, USA never clicked with me, can’t feel the history, New York is straight out dump hole with soulless endless skyscrapers
