They are being totally sarcastic and calling out people who have super high standards in terms of physical appearance, therefore having various plastic surgeries and even changing gender, to make them look more appealing or suit their vision. This video just shows how and why it is all wrong.

I see it as aging rock stars who are in denial their age that they get addicted to plastic surgery to remain "youthful" whilst their adoring fans are aging. Layered with an indictment of the entertainment industry pushing a specific view of what it means to be beautiful. That beauty is only for the young, which is total bullshit. There is a beauty to aging that most ignore. Although some of the themes of this newest album have me concerned that they might be calling it a career (at least, with this band). I mean, I see how it is a good idea to bow out before you become a parody of yourselves much like the "Rammstein " in this video. Rammstein LIVE is better than the Music Videos, and i rarely say that about a band, Til and the gang all work hard to make a show worth coming to, so seeing a live show from them is something i want to do while they still are jammin'.
