I’m a mom of two boys 7 & 3 and meal prepping makes me a more enjoyable parent!! They even see the difference in my patience bc I’m not constantly thinking about “what am I going to make them” dinner is planned every Sunday and Fridays n Wednesday we keep it cute with pizza or burgers. With balanced meals the rest of the days. Y’all will really enjoy it, I promise!

I just meal prepped as well today. Here’s one of my fav ways to make sweet potatoes: Rub in oil (I use avocado oil) Turmeric Brown sugar 1-2 pinches Cinnamon Smoked Paprika Onion salt Trader Joe’s brand I know this sounds like a weird combo but it’s more savory than it is sweet. I evenly coat the potatoes so I have no measurements haha but the key is to only do 1-2 pinches with the brown sugar so it’s not too sweet. I cook mine on the stove in a frying pan covered for about 20 minutes and uncovered for another 5 minutes on medium heat. This all depends on the thickness of how you cut the potatoes.
