Ghana has law so the law should force cement company for them to reduce cement price. Do we export building sand to Ghana but 1 trip is ¢2,000 even the red sand which is used as filling also cost ¢1,000. When you ask them why! Your answer will be everything is expensive in Ghana and we use car which demand fuel
