Impeached former Public Protector, Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane's effort to receive a gratuity payment reportedly worth millions, which she claims is due to her, will be heard on Thursday in the North Gauteng High Court.
This after the parties involved could not reach an agreement.
Mkhwebane approached the High Court in March on an urgent basis, asking it to declare the conduct of the Office of the Public Protector and its head, Advocate Kholeka Gcaleka, unconstitutional and invalid over the refusal to pay the gratuity.
