Everyone knows that comedy only works when it's based partly on something real. This was remarkably accurate because it turned out that the prison guard was actually the sex offender.

Why don't you just say all accents don't exist because we all speak in with idiolects then ey buddy? Accents are just helpful ways to group ways that groups of people way certain sounds. So yes they're are variations in the Australian accent, but there is definitely an Australian accent
