True story...she was here in my Canadian city (Calgary Alberta) and there was a huge crash on the highway and NO ONE stopped to help but she got her tour bus to pull over and she actually got out to help and offer assistance...That says a lot about her in my opinion ♡

When Courtney is on form she is absolutely brilliant. Open, devilishly witty, charming and incredibly bright. She looks beautiful here too. It takes a strong person to own their shit publicly, to be willing to be the foot of the joke and to laugh along. That's one ballsy broad.

I fully agree with what you've said here. I've liked Hole for a long time, and I always thought Courtney was brilliant when she was aware of what she was doing. She's a very intelligent person, and Hole was a pretty solid band (more so the older stuff, but still).

we all do. it's haunting. I watched Soaked in Bleach and then Montage of Heck, both films capture the polarities of CL. She's a psychopath, probably a murderer but gosh darn it she's beguiling, wicked smart and could charm a snake. The ultimate femme fatale.

Elle She’s brilliantly funny and intelligent, and I wish I had half her confidence. She’s a real talented songwriter too, and I think Hole’s Violet is one of the best songs in rock history. I can see why Kurt fell for her. But I also have no doubts of her vindictiveness and her capacity to go to extreme lengths. The evidence at the crime scene definitely makes suicide unlikely, and she’s prime suspect.

A lot of folks forget that Courtney wasn't a psychotherapist, she was just a girl dealing with a lot of her own troubles and with no support from others. Depression is a very difficult illness to deal with and it requires the help of specialists and she just clearly wasn't one of them.

Courtney seems like a good person who has a brain that’s pre-wired to be an addict. It sucks and isn’t something we choose. My best friend of 23 years is someone who can use opiates (oxycodone) whenever he wants and then not touch them for months or even years and not think about or look for them. He’ll use when the opportunity arises, but he never seeks them out. Me, on the other hand, can’t even take 5mg of oxycodone without going on a months-long binge. We’re both engineers and come from pretty much the same background, but our brains are wired differently.

Despite all the hatred and misogyny over CL, what I've always loved about her persona is her strong conviction in who she actually is and on what she does. Love is a myriad of complexity, period. I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan exactly, but I kinda understand and accept her controverse way. She's far from being a perfect figure, already commited tons of mistakes (probably still does), hurt people and yadda yadda, but I definitely can't see her worse than any other in or out of show business. People (the hardcore haters actually) can say whatever they want, I couldn't care less: I dig Courtney Love and I totally like her music. And about all that Cobain death mystery: c'mon, guys. We're not in the '90s anymore. Time to move on and grow up once and for all. Happy birthday, Queen of Chaos. 🖤

Courtney Love is so articulate, funny! Too many adjectives exist to describe her.. She is so amazing! A talented ball of energy. I would be best friends with her if I lived in L.A. again! We ran in some similar circles.. I was a very young teen Model living in Hollywood. Courtney was so sweet to me and tried to steer me in the right directions, warned me about not getting myself into trouble or harm with the wolves in Hollywood. She didn't have to go out of her way like that for me. She was never jealous, just a girls girl that wanted to help out a newbie to la la land. I will never ever forget Courtney's kindness to me. I get really mad when people accuse her for killing Kurt. I love both of them to death but they both struggled with drug addictions and just should have separated because of it. And for the record, she was in Los Angeles and Kurt was in Seattle when he died so explain to me how a bullet can be shot and fired at someone who is 1100 miles away.

Without drugs she is engaging, but unwatchable in all the previous interviews before...in my opinion...happy for her ...drugs are a con and life is much better without them..
