Testimony time: this is my favorite fast food, cous-cous that is. Growing up in the north, my mother made us fall in love with this, especially when we have old egg or pepper sauce. It's so fast and easy, just add water and small spice to the sauce, pour the semolina and allow to absorb! Dazzal!🙌🏾✌🏾️😌 I really cannot understand why people won't like this particular food, it is wonderful.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I came searching for good couscous recipes - this looks delicious - I will try it both with and without meat. I’m also going to have to make it without the tomato purée because I’m doing it as a rice alternative for a diabetes friendly meal (& couscous is better than rice, so is Quinoa). Thank you this will make our meals more interesting.

This was good. Just made it! I didn’t spend enough time making sure to cook the tomato paste/mix which is crucial! Make sure you all do that before adding the water/broth and couscous!
