Renjun is my “first love” in NCT too! I watched performances of MFAL+dunk shot when they were promoting it and thought he was so elegant and cute. The fancam I still watch whenever I get sad and I want to feel refreshed is of him dancing dunk shot in the red/white/blue basketball outfit at a halftime show. I hope he gets to also do a dance cover since he was accepted to SM through dance. Like you said it will be interesting to find out what kind of music he’ll want to do as a solo project. I’d recommend listening to the original song by RADWIMPS so u can see how different arrangement is but vocally kept the feeling of the original song. Renjun’s version felt like i rewatched the movie in a couple of minutes lol. Thank you for reacting!

It's an ost. for an anime movie "your name" which was so popular back then in 2016. The movie is so good, I think you should check that out when you have time. This cover is loved and appreciated by a lot of non fans especially anime fans. Even the director of the movie acknoweledge this cover too. My boy got the regocnitions as he should and I'm so happy for it😆

I used to be a casual listener of nct and the same thing happened to me with "hello future", that song made me fall in love with his voice and later on I met all the sub units and now I am 100% NCTZen.

I’m obsessed with the original song, it was in the animated movie, ‘Your Name’ and made me cry lol so when I saw Renjun post this cover I instantly teared up 😭 this is not for reaction purposes but you should definitely check out some Japanese music if you’re interested/in your free time! A lot of the tracks made for anime movies/series are such a fun place to start, the artists are so stylistic and I really think you’d love it!

ever since i know renjun thats when i know nct, i mean i know theyre exo lil bro but renjun literally opened my eyes that there's someone who can sing beautifully wit a sweet tone and you can feel the message while he sang a song. Literally i started to hear renjun voice since his song with taeil and xiaojun and IT IS TRULY MESMERIZING. so thats the beginning chapter i became someone who support renjun in any way, becaise he literally deserve the world ❤

Caitlin, if it is possible to you, please go to The Dream Show 2 concert. You won't regret because it's just THE BEST CONCERT I've ever had. And I have attended plenty of kpop concerts and festivals. Renjun's live vocal is soooo beautiful.
