How can the government not keep track of the numbers of homeless people being brought there? EVERY person there needs to be checked by a doctor, assigned a place to sleep, have water and soap provided, have meals provided. It seems these people are just being dumped. At least four social workers need to be there organizing these people and keeping them safe.
