This was during the first half of the morning. The air was so bad enough to make it look dark and gloomy. The trout fishing was at the cove across the dock. Thanks for watching.

I didn't bother to check the water temp but if the plants are truly happening, then there should be 1600 lbs of catfish there now. Whether they are present at the dock area in the morning, that is a different story. Thanks for watching.

I just go to the docks to fish for catfish. Because usually we fish at night, it's nice to be close to the parking lot to get in and out quick. And if we catch a few, it's a short walk to carry our bountiful harvest. Thanks for watching.

Hi me and my friends have been going from 8:00-12:00 at night for 2 weeks straight and we lost a catfish on the net job on the first day, since then he had one bite each night until a week ago and since we havent gotten a single bite whatsoever

Really, park officially closes at 7:00pm due to Covid so careful not to be caught by EBRP police. Anyway, catfish are tricky.

I was thinking about bringing my 10ft Jon boat w/a trolling motor there this summer. Do you see anybody fishing w/any luck from small boats there? Lake Elizabeth any good? Thanks for the videos.

I believe boats are being allowed at Quarry now but only with electric trolling motors. Fishing Lake Elizabeth could be fun for carp and maybe some catfish. I personally don't fish there. Thanks for watching.

I'm trying to take my little nephews and nieces fishing in the bay area. Is this a place to take the little ones? I want them to catch anything really so if I can get them on anything it would be great. Nice vids!

Yes, bring small earthworms, dock demon rod and reels with 3-4 lb lines, and #10 mosquito hooks. Baby bass is hitting around the dock now at Quarry. Thanks for watching.

Also, what is your set up. Like the leader line and the pound line and test you use.

Carolina rig usually. Main line is 10 lbs. For catfish, it's 12 inch 25 lbs monofilament.

When I started, it took me 3 months of learning and dedication to understand how to catch fish. There are no plants happening so fishing is tough. Not an exact science otherwise, it would be called Catching. Thanks for watching.
