The general rule about the masks is that "If you can smell a fart through the mask....it's useless".

The SCIENCE of masks is that, you have an effective SINGLE USE time of 20 to 30 minutes maximum. The N95 mask is created by sandwiching an electrostatically charged layer between fabric in order to trap small particles. That electrostatically charged layer loses its charge after about 20 to 30 minutes of breathing through it. The water vapour in your breath and environment diminishes the charge with each breath. The charge also diminishes with shelf-time. All N95 masks also come with an expiry date. That date approximates the time required from the date of manufacture for the charged layer to naturally diminish, when not used, to ineffective levels to trap particles. So, by this scientific fact alone you need a minimum of 16 mask changes in an 8 hour workday to have the minimum level of protection from a mask. Anything less and it does literally NOTHING at all to protect you. In fact it becomes harmful with the return contaminants back into you.

I'm a former Navy Nurse & unvaxxed nurse practitioner. All of the mandates, restrictions, and nonsensical narratives made me FURIOUS. I was in a PhD nursing program during COVID-19 and refused all of it. Thank goodness I received a religious exemption or I'd have been out on the street. In our small doctoral group, one got breast CA, another has kidney issues, another has profound fatigue, and others suffered physical effects. I was chastised and made fun of, but suspect in a few years I'll be the only one standing.

I worked in chemical plants and refineries for a decade, well versed in proper masking procedures. Any and all covid masking mandates were a pointless joke and anyone that followed the rules was an idiot, it was a compliance test, period.

That time period has ruined all health care for the future! Everything is assumed covid, and they give no fucks! It also weeded out ALL of the non sheep. The people who actually gave a flip about patients are gone. Makes me sick! Seriously concerned for our children

My wife and I both left our careers in healthcare over the jab. Now a majority of former coworkers are getting cancers, headaches etc. Initially the hospital system told us we couldn't wear masks, because it makes it worse (dirty masks, rebreathinh bacteria etc), and even provided JAMA articles to back it up.

As soon as the mask b.s. came out on went in the AMA website and found a paragraph on masks.Masks worn outside of a medical setting has little to no effect on stopping the spread of infectious ailments. 2 weeks later I went to show my friend what the AMA website says about masks and the info was gone!

People got creative when needing proof of being vaccinated. The hookup was to go to there local Walgreens or CVS and tell the employee to squirt the shot into the trash can and give them the card saying they received the shot.

So many of my higher command was always pissed at me cause I wouldn’t wear a mask or get the jab. I got kicked out of the dmv cause I wouldn’t wear one even after stating I had a medical reason not to.

You know, till this day, I've still not caught the virus lol And during the whole pandemic we just went out any partied the entire time in Dallas. Honestly, I'm actually a little annoyed I haven't caught it naturally yet because now I have no idea if my body actually knows how to react to it or not all I can do is assume because its been so long, and I've not ever stopped handing out with huge amounts of people but my immune system naturally knows how to deal with it. Call me crazy but I'd rather have at least caught it legitimately one time just to know. Yes I'm aware thats loony tune talk, but Its literally like...uh...excuse me? Once in a lifetime disease arrives and I'm literally the only one who hasn't caught it, while all my friends have had it 3-4 times. I only got the very original J&J at the very very beginning, and never got jabbed since...so...what the heck is that all about lol

@@xenotype3258 Ozempic isn't about insulin, it slows digestion. It also mimics the hormone that makes a person feel full. You will eat less hence weight loss. There are many side effects. Bowel obstruction is the most concerning, but also thyroid tumors.
