Most of the people living in rural area burn cowdung cakes and neem leaves in the evenings to dispel mosquitoes. This idea of combining the two to form dhoop is wonderful 👍

It is for mosquito. Not show it to God. Because of neem powder. It is bitter so not show it to God. Only for mosquito purpose.
