When it starts to get colder and the grass in the Alps starts to run out, it's time for the alpine farmers and their cows to go home to the valley.
This is traditionally celebrated with an Alpabzug. The cows are cleaned and washed and then decorated with flowers and bells.
This Swiss tradition takes place every autumn, around the middle of September
