I am curious... Could you, someone who repairs shoes, make your own shoes with the materials and equipment you have on hand? Is that something you ever thought of doing or, have done, or had to do in an emergency for someone? I'm also curious about the knowledge required, do you need to know additional things in order to make a shoe from scratch, compared to just repairing? I would assume the knowledge would be the same, but possibly some additional things a creator would need to know, over someone who just repairs the shoes? Thank you for your insight.

No comparison to mass production products. Unbelievable!!!!!!

I'm blue dabedi dabedei... Assumingly just a bold statement to not affiliate to _Costa_ _Coffee_ 🙉 or _Timpson_ 🙊 Or simply *leftover* paint from the storefront back in the days 🙈 I would have expected at least one of the two welts in red, matching the shaft; at least on the bottom side, just for fun. *French* _Saphir_ shoe care products; they probably prickle in your *British* fingers. Could be worse: *German* _Burgol_ products might burn your skin off; genuinely *exquisit* ~stuff~ though. Anyways. With Sunday today, have a good week ahead!

People would walk into my Collision repair shop and say the same thing, "It smells great in here". Paint, Body filler, numerous smells. I think the smell if a paint store us why I started painting at 12. The Auto parts sold paint too. I started with fixing n painting old lawnmowers, and selling them. $45 without a trade in, $35 with. This was in the 70's, we didn't have buy it and throw it away then. A new push mower was over $200 for a cheap one. Very few had a riding mower then. Now, you pay $99, use it 2 years, throw it away, buy another.
