im surprised it was so old skool coaching , alot of hot air patronising and enthusiasm , i didntn see anything revolutionary there tbh but granted the players seemed to enjoy it even though the passing drills looked boring

No decision making to be made in the first drill, no direction to attack/exploit in possession game - just a number of passes for a goal (not coaching to be effective or even a playing philosophy with ball), then a free kick competition. Great managers and building togetherness etc, maybe not so great as actual coaches

I am thinking same, very sad to see. As a Southampton fan I would be stunned to see Saints training like this! Come on Huddesfield you are a lot better than these crap clips. These Seargent majors will last a dozen games I reckon, some very good teams in the Championship.
