As a viewer, it's mind-blowing that the pd is not in a good state yet they are branching out to bcso and not adding a detective unit. Then on top of it the detective unit includes two of the worst cops who are known to retaliate and flip a switch. And on top of it the pd is too blind to see there is a bigger reason why they weren't getting phone calls to turn in CG. It's because the whole city thinks the pd is shit and corrupt. Even the government is corrupt. Fix things before they get worse

It's basically confirmation basis at this point, just like the other court case, they suspect or know cg is involved and they basically just dot connect to get the outcome they want

wrong. pigeon and tuggz have told multiple people. there was lifers who saw aziz fall into prison and some of em were on the radio. some of em heard cg boys talking about it

Quite literally, what Peppo is doing/does. CG was in jail, but CG killed Aziz. No proof it was CG but let's only focus on CG.

@fromeden5784 you don't watch Peppo lol the dude spends literal hours in spreadsheets and subpoenas while interviewing anyone he can. Evidence points toward Suarez, but there's no substantial proof and can be chalked up to hearsay. In his most recent stream Peppo was debating on actual dropping the investigation because he realizes no matter what he does theres wont be proof.

They have NADA. No evidence. No witnesses who can place them on the plane or at the airport. Any hearsay will be objected and sustained in court. It’s a stone cold dead case unless they find his gun in Suarez’s apartment.

There’s zero chance they are found guilty. Hearsay won’t even be allowed in court. So this won’t even touch the docket unless Suarez is found with Aziz’s gun.
