Restaurant Casa de Souto Velho is an unique project 3in1 in the north of Portugal in the little village of Souto Velho. It produce everything from the farm, meats, vegetables, fruits and wines . It has a little workshop that transform the "bisaro pork" in amazing belota ham and sausage, and a charcoal oven that still produce the 3 breads " pão centeio, folar and bola de carne" .
