It would be easy to live in this gorgeous home. The only things I would change is get rid of one of those openings into the dining room; one is enough and eliminate that door to the outside too. You could put in a bay window. Love this layout!

OH, and those arches in the front of the home add so much class!!!! And nice Feng Shui vibe going with the circular wall between living and dining room. And absolutely love, love, love the front of the home!!!! So beautiful and warm! I will re-look at this video, as I want to imagine myself living inside this charmer! 🤩🤩😍😍🥰🥰

Love this house. Obviously this house was designed for somewhere other than Canada though. There are a couple of fairly glaring building code no, no’s that would have to change in order for this house to be legally built in this country with the big one being that garage. All attached garages here have to have a fire wall and a fire proof door between it and the remainder of the house. You could never have a garage with no door between it and the main floor. Besides most garages are not heated here and in the winter you’d freeze with no door.

What a nice house. I would change a couple of things but keep the footprint exactly the same. Laundry would go in the back space by the garage. Current laundry space would become an office space, or maybe just more storage. I would get rid of the door to outside in the dining room and replace with a couple of windows so while standing at sink you have outside to look at.

There is a welcoming porch, and just inside there is a place for coats and a bench - which needs to be moved away from the door. The living room is laid out to accommodate both a fireplace and a TV. The kitchen is a good size, and the side entry hall has room for pantry cabinets. Don't forget that fire-rated door to the garage! The master suite is spacious, but I'd have to change out that awkward freestanding tub for a practical tub or shower. I like pocket doors where they are necessary, but there are too many of them here. With a few small fixes, and perhaps more thought about the best use of space (like the side entry hall), this can be a good plan!

Love this home. I’d open the wall between the living and dining rooms but other than that I’m in!

I really like this one and recognize that not all countries have the same codes for safety, etc.

Questions please or a web site I can have a builder take a look at. SLAB OR PIERS? Can roof pitch be increased easily to better accommodate a snow load? LOVE THE FLOOR PLAN! This home has it ALL! This could be the home we build!

Beautiful, but I really do love a real entry like there is at the "back" to me should be at the front. No stranger should be able to ring the front door and be right into your private space (plus stepping in with dirty shoes). So my personal preference would have me asked for the back to the house to be the front, also the living room and dining room having a common porch/deck to eat/hang out away from the street and Stanger views.

I liked the murals very much! It's a very nice home. Bedroom 2 & 3 needs a little more pop of color. Shouldn't you have a door to the garage? Otherwise, it's very pretty.

Mostly a great house, with a big "but . . ." It has very good circulation - love all the strategically placed (and cute) arches, the corridor in the bedroom area works very well, and the back entry is grand. BUT - Did you leave the opening to the garage open because you didn't think you have room for a swinging door??? (Insert heavy sigh). If someone really builds this, that could be a literal fatal flaw. But it is fixable: 1. Best solution - Extend the garage a meter/a yard so there is room to swing a door into it. 2. Another possible solution - Designate the back entry hall, inluding the powder room, as part of the garage. Take out the wall between the garage and the back entrance hall, and put a fire-safe door between the back entrance hall and the kitchen. Now - an optional preference unrelated to safety: The laundry could go into the back entry (this would work whether it is part of the garage or not) and use space left by the current laundry to enlarge the middle bedroom. I kind of wish you had shown the back of the house and/or an overhead view of the roof, also.

The over counter bowls or vats serving as sinks are a fast first change I'd make in the house. These types of sinks are just awful to clean and are huge space eaters. A basic sink is less costly and gives more use space. Same with pedestal sinks. 😢

I was going to wait to the end to comment, but cannot. BIG and dangerous error. You MUST have a fully sealed fire door fitted with a door closer berween house and garage. You show no door at all. Yhis could prove deadly. You know better than this, Jasper. Then on to that front door. The bench overhangs the door, so people are going to bang shins on it while those sitting in the room will be blasted by either cold or hot, depending on tte season. If the weather is extreme, hot, cold, or wet air is going to penetrate far into the house. The HVAC system will have to work hard to return to comfort. Highly energy inefficient. Lastly, so far, rhe freezer door on the refrigerator will not open. Those idiotic wall ovens are eating space and money that could be much better used. There is a LOT of square footage wasted on corridors in this house. The footprint is large enough for comfortable living, but the rooms are pinched because of the wasted space. Also, the garage just looks out of place, rather like you designed the house and added the garage as an afterthought. It eould be better to separate it, turn the doors to face the street, and connect it via a breezeway that could rcen double as laundry room. The footprint if the garage is large enough to house a second floor, either as a loft tucked into the eaves ir as a full floor that could hold a full one bedroom annex. That could be done at the owner's discretion. A "Granny Flat", a rental unit for income, or whatever else is wanted.

Jasper, questa casa è bellissima, ma la cucina e la zona pranzo senza finestre non si possono guardare!!! Hai idea una casalinga quanto tempo passa in cucina? Magari devi cucinare per le festività, e ti passi ore ed ore a spignattare senza mai vedere la luce del giorno... secondo me questa cosa è da rivedere assolutamente, che ne pensi?
