I can relate to this so much! I've been holed up in my room for the past and it make me more anxious. I've learned that when you don't feel like going out or you're compelled to just rot in bed, that's the exact time you have to take yourself out. Really nice vlog. Very inspiring as I recently got back to doing something similar
