We would like to tell you about our new completed project called "Cozy minimalist family home". This is a modern two-story house with an area of 210 m², which embodies the idea of family comfort and aesthetics. The design of the project is based on a minimalist concept with color accents.
At the entrance group on the ground floor, there is a wardrobe, a technical room, then a corridor with an office and a guest bathroom with exclusive glazed tiles. All entrance openings and interior doors are made of warm gray wood. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an island with semi-bar stools, BOCSH and SMEG appliances.
When you open the cabinet, the backlight of all the shelves is activated. We designed a special place for recipe books in the kitchen. The main atmosphere of the living room is created by a fireplace decorated with porcelain stoneware, to the left of the fireplace is a firewood box. The whole house is equipped with a flow and exhaust system.
The dream of every kitchen is to have a storage room next to it, which is what we did. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom and two children's rooms. The master unit includes a bedroom, a dressing room, a makeup area, a bathroom and a terrace. Not far from the bedroom is a laundry room and a children's bathroom.
