We fell in love with New Mexico & this beautiful mountains forest experience will show you why! Being out West has been a dream of ours for years & the fact that we're finally here, on BLM land with friends, feels so unreal to us. We had a blast...starting at the Roswell UFO museum, to White Sands National Park, to this enchanted-feeling, cozy forest - we have loved our trip through this state. Who are we?
Hey Guys! We are Ryan, Mary & Cisco. We have hit the road in our converted Ram Promaster van in pursuit of seeing this beautiful world & making lifelong memories together. We started this journey in our first RV; a Thor Four Winds 28A. However, we recently decided to switch over to a van. We felt it was the best decision for us & better fits our purpose for life on the road. We sold our home in Maryland, started renting out our townhouse, somehow fit EVERYTHING we own into a 10x15 storage unit & embraced full-time RV life & NOW - van life! We are starting with traveling the States & would love to push it even further. We feel so blessed & thank the good Lord for this opportunity to see, learn and experience brand new places in our home-on-wheels. We would love to have you along for the journey...to laugh with us, cry with us, celebrate with us and, of course, fail & pick up the pieces with us. It’s fun to watch through your eyes. Can’t imagine what you’d think of Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Oregon, etc. Mind-blowing geography.

Pro tip when you drain the grease put aluminum foil or parchment paper in the bowl. When you're done just take it and throw it out much easier than cleaning out the bowl again

Go up above Cortez Colorado. You can get to the highest point of anything around and look out over eternity. Take bug spray but there is a beautiful lake right on the top of the world. It's stunning. Or you could take the back way into Moab around by the mine!! Go straight up 5:50 over a red mountain

Todd and Beth's sister in law here. Absolutely love following along on your journey and really enjoying reliving the places we've visited as well from your eyes. Tim and I both really enjoyed New Mexico as well. We were lucky enough to be in Albuquerque when the balloon festival was going on. Cracking up watching your visit to Roswell because we did pretty much the same exact things as you. BTW, thanks for the banging chicken idea. I'm making it for supper tonight. We actually just upgraded to a Class B as well and loving it. We have 2 weeks planned to go out and hit the last 2 states in the lower 48 at the end of June. So happie you get to do this journey!

@@happietobehere Loved the chicken, really nice flavor. We have a 2024 Thor Twist 2LB. Twin beds with a bathroom in the back. Just tickled with it. Can't wait to see where you end up next! BTW, would really love to do the bear trick with our camping crew. I was dying! (We saw Trent's video, saw you were on it and had to watch it)

Harvesting wood with a hack saw (city slickers) 😮😂.. i keep the small dewalt battery powered chainsaw, it works like a charm for gathering fire wood

I'm not sure where you guys are traveling lately, but I live in western Colorado (grand junction area).. there's some great camping around here, the grand mesa which is the highest flat top mountain in the world has over 100 lakes and it's mostly blm so boondock camping is everywhere, also the desert north of town has free camping all over.. 18rd, 25 rd , 29rd.. and we're about 1 hour to moab utah.. i have the adventure wagon 4x4 sprinter and use it heavily all over the area.. ✌️

When cov came I gave my house to my youngest son and I traded my 2016 Toyota car for a 2020 Ram on my birthday and drove straight to the RV dealership and got a new 2020 Jayco 195 RB camper and I hit the road , 37 states and almost 4 years later I'm still living my dream living off grid 99% and tax free . 🙃 my only regret is that I didn't do this when I was younger so props 👏 to you younger people .
