Loved the cardigan either way on you but I agree the belt gives the look a bit more refined touch. My kids loved Llama Llama and Fancy Nancy too. Agree that we need lots of library trips from youl. Love this style of video! It's so nice, a mixture of things of interest, food, family, reflections on life.... I think you're totally spot on about the subconscious psychology of the dinner table. My grandfather also used to sit looking over the house, and my grandmother out towards the window... Now in my family my brother sits in the protector position at the table

I grew up in a toxic home, so instead of going home after school, I'd spend the afternoons in the library 📚... It was my safe haven. Since then I've lived in several different countries abroad & they've remained a source of comfort and predictability ❤

I loved this style! I have done some paint-by-numbers and enjoy them, they are more relaxing then the diamond art that I have done before. My comfiest time of day is when I get home from work and get in my PJs right away! And then when I get to snuggle up on the couch with my blanket. I look forward to it each day!

This is what the world needs more of, just stopping for awhile to truly be grounded in the moment and appreciate the little things we take for granted every day. You're all about the journey, the destination is just the icing on the cake. Been watching your channel for ten years now just before my late mother passed away when I needed comfort and was just discovering that ASMR was more than just my own personal experience, my late father also highly enjoyed watching your amazing content as well. It still pleasantly surprises me that he discovered it on his own too and it wasn't something I had to keep to myself. I love the part when you talk about your father and your husband. After just celebrating our first born birthday, in the last year I've been inspired to write a book from the perspective of a Dad and I can tell you it's 100% involuntary and there's a emotional attachment. I LOVE the second cardigan with the black belt! The buckle compliments the silvery tones in the plush cardigan, and the black contrasts the bright white so nicely! The first cardigan would look so much better with a chunkier (like woven, or, wider) muted tone brown belt, since the color of the cardigan is that softer cool gray

Bookmarked. This is definitely a favorite to see you in your comfort zones relaxed and enjoying yourself. My Mom is an artist and sitting in her studio while she creates (and I attempt to) has always been such a joy. She also goes to the library every week still - and used to sit reading w me as a child too. Cherish those moments always. Will check out the spaghetti squash recipe for sure. Looks so yummy! A warm, lush blanket to the touch is a true treasure, especially for winter when we downshift gears and nest a bit more. My Grandma just passed from COVID and my Mom brought home blankets for me knowing they’re one of my favorite things in the world, and of course the kitties adore them as well ♥️ A good way to be comforted in remembrance. Oh, and this mic produced incredibly soft sound. Also something I relished in this one! Have a wonderful holiday season.

I was wondering what was the childhood memories for me and when you showed the roses I remember the one of my grandparents house, they smelled so good. 🌹And my food memory is defenetly raspberries in their garden too, I've never been able to find that taste again. Coziest part of my day is before the little one wakes up I light a candle and spend time in my bible with God and the same before bed I have 6 kids and after they are all quiet I lay in bed and read the bible and journal. Then I put a few drops of lavender oil on my cozy blanket...maybe listen to you on my headphones 😁...and drift off.

This was such a sweet video! Toast with butter and jam was a favorite for me in childhood as well. I'm from Michigan and I can't tell you how surprising and awesome it is that someone who lives in California loves Lake Michigan as much as I do. I don't know if you've ever been to the Upper Peninsula or to Lake Superior but it is SO beautiful up there! ❤❤❤

My husband always sits where he can see everyone and everything in the room, especially when we’re out in public. He also walks nearest to the traffic to keep us on the inside of the curb or parking lot. He’s such a protector, and I always feel safe when he’s around.

Yes it is the same in our family my husband always sits where he can see the room even in restaurants he doesn’t like his back to the doors and chooses the seat with the best view of the whole scene. I think it is a protective instinct.
