That quake play by the opp around 26 minutes was beautiful. Why quake is one of my all time favorite cards. She can be clunky sometimes but she is a 2 cost win condition other times. Such an under appreciated card.

Tried a hope bounce, and begrudgingly a Galactus both are pretty fun and decent but THIS is awesome. Replaced jean w /magik. Nostalgia for hey day of elsa and shuri.

Despite this thread's sentiments, I don't think Hope is "way too strong." She can't typically even be activated until turn 4, so you have extra energy going into turns 5 & 6 only. Which of course is where EVERY build's huge pop-off plays happen, so Hope is at exactly the right spot to be competitive with other builds where she is now, without being oppressively OP'ed. I "HOPE" they keep her exactly where she is now. She's feels great without feeling stupidly great.

Yeah Hope Summers is great. So far HE is the best fit for her in my testing. She takes a midling mid-range deck and turns it into a power house.

Playing kitty first and then shuri will net you more power in the long run. As usual, good video!!!

I have a super fun shuri deck with hope. Kind of a zero/destroyer type deck with armor. Essentially Sauron shuri play lines but without Sauron or red skull with a bit more control too it.

I made an Elsa deck before this came out, it has been doing really well. I have MMM in there and Legion for Pixie/Negative shutdown and location disruption. Hope-fully (get it?) she doesn't catch a nerf. Red Hulk will punish her a lot I think.

Been using Electro/Sandman deck with Black Panther-Armin Zola or Galactus-Alioth and works great. Almost all the games once you drop sandman on turn 4 they retreat

I've been running hope in a destroy deck with Daken and Shuri Nimrod. The option to get 2 dakens or arnim zola the 12 nimrod are great

I feel like Hope is very strong but not op ? Like.. she's just on that edge where I think she doesn't need to get nerfed just yet.

I don't have havoc and I need to save for war machine. But just had a thought that Havoc could go good in a hope deck of you'd give that a shot.

If you don’t get Kitty in the first deck until later, it’s a loss or retreat for sure which is why I can’t get there with this one. I start with high cost cards and Forge Nico and HulkBuster as my first many draws

I am thinking of starting a spreadsheet of all the “random” events to take place to prove there is no way they are random. You can’t lose every “random”event. I will then present my findings to the marvel snap community

I think it’s hilarious that neither Alex nor Cozy mentioned Thanos as great synergy for Hope. I’ve found a Thanos ramp shell to be the best home for her, she’s absolutely insane.

Making it Ongoing rather than just a card affect would go a long way. You can't play it in certain lanes and gives the opponent a chance to get rid of the affect. I suppose that could be abused too by Onslaught and those things. Just a tough card to get around.

Was using skaar instead of magneto and it was doing wonders

Cozy, NEVER play Kitty on the middle site first turn if you can’t play left because it’s a destroy site. If that middle site reveals to the one that negates card text, you’ve just lost your Kitty for the rest of that game. Always play it at the right location on Turn 1 if you cannot play left. Hope that tip helps you in a future game!

What I like: She's a great ramp card, if not a little less easy to play than Electro, Wave or Corvus. What I hate: She's a Series 4/5 card, the best card to play with her is also a Series 4/5 card: Kitty Pryde. If you do not have Kitty Pryde, you shouldn't even bother. Just like with Pixie, who's best deck requires that you have Mobius. If you don't have Mobius, you shouldn't bother.

Great video! What’s the rule of thumb when playing Shuri+Kitty on turn 5?? Do you want to play shuri last to get a bigger kitty on Turn 6 or just go ahead and double the kitty on 5?

Isn’t it almost always better to play kitty and then shuri if you’re planning to copy kitty with taskmaster on the las turn? you get 4 extra points because kitty returns to your hand and then yo play her turn 6 with task master

Hope doesnt need a nerf yet. And upcoming card Red hulk will be the answer to this bs energy gen tech with hope and corvus. Im floating energy every turn with hope. 8 energy is pointless on t5 if you dont have 2 4s or a 6 and a 2. Most of the time you wont have that and the most likely thing youll do is the old 6 on t5 Even tho energy gen is a better effect than zabu i still think zabu is far more consistent.

Hey, Cozy! One tip I can give is to Kitty>Shuri on turn 5, so that when you're playing Kitty and Taskmaster final turn, Shuri will double the larger kitty. That's 4 points you're missing out on just cuz of play order.
