About 60% of devices are being replaced with used equipment. The other 40% or so are new machines. The issue is having to wait up to 18 months with a real lack of communication. Also patients may have turned in a machine that was 6 months old and after 12 to 18 months, they could receive someone else's 4+ year old used machine. That is not fair.

Wow! This was great. Thanks for putting it together. I definitely think that produced videos like this are the future of MDL cases ... it is helpful for plaintiff's leadership to keep us up to date with the litigation. I'd say that this was a LITTLE long and it repeated a lot of known information about the cases (there wasn't much new). That said, I realize that it's almost impossible to present the right amount of information for a variety of audiences (it's kind of egocentric to assume that everybody watching has the same amount of background). Keep up the good work!
