The stutter happens when you are changing the levels of the noise gate while talking 😄

could you explain what the open and close thresholds do exactly? I didn't understand it

When you set the volume threshold of a noise gate, the gate will “open” if an audio signal passes the threshold, allowing the audio to come through the gate. The gate will “close” whenever the audio ducks below the threshold, diminishing the amount of the signal that is allowed to come through.

Cool But I'm having an issue with my mic. It's making a hissing noise whenever I talk, but it stops when I'm not speaking. I'm using an expander, compressor, and limiter. Any tips on how to get rid of the noise while I'm talking?

But now I feel like I need to use compression Do you have any tips on how to use filters like compression and expander without causing any hissing noise?
