When the chief was asked if any arrest had been made he danced around the question, never answering. I guess the answer is no. Secondly, the mayor kept repeating "Of course I want people held accountable." Of course. He also hinted, claiming poverty is the reason for rampant crime in the city, that he wants to address poverty in the same way LBJ did with the Great Society programs.
