Monitor, track, check PRC CPD credit units offline. This 'CPD Units Offline Monitoring Tool' provides comprehensive summary of the programs you have attended as reflected in your PRC CPDAS Dashboard.
In particular, this offline monitoring tool will let you determine or show you at a quick glance, info regarding the following:
● Valid 3-year time span prior to renewal of PIC (computation will depend on the PIC date of validity and the desired date of PIC renewal set by the end-user)
● Programs attended which are within the valid 3-year period (highlighted in green if within the valid period, highlighted in blue if no longer within the valid period)
● Number of days prior to expiry of PIC (computation will depend on user-input such as the PIC validity date and desired date of PIC renewal)
● Number of accredited programs attended from the oldest to the most recent
● Number of credit units of all attended programs from the oldest to the most recent
● Earned credit units within the valid 3-year period
● Number of programs attended within the valid 3-year period
● Credit units for compliance within the 3-year valid period
● Excess credit units accumulated within the valid 3-year period
● Total credit units earned per year (from Jan 1 to Dec 31 of the year)
● Number of programs and earned credit units with certain accreditation code identifier (like MED, NRS, PTR, etc)
The tool will automatically compute and summarize above-mentioned info without having to do manual computing like what one does with the basic CPDAS Dashboard online user interface. You as the end-user will just have to supply the tool with following essential info:
1) The details of the accredited programs you have attended (accreditation number, program title, program type, provider name, venue, date started, date finished, and credit units... exactly as shown in your CPDAS Dashboard)
2) The date of validity as printed in your Professional Identification Card (PIC)
3) Your desired date of PIC renewal (date should be at least 1 day to max of 364 days prior to PIC expiry)
4) The required credit units for your profession (default is 15)
You can use this Excel spreadsheet file on your PC/ laptop computer (via Excel 365) or on your Android mobile device for easy and convenient offline monitoring. To update the info, you'll have to clear the old contents in the 'CPDAS Dashboard Entries' sheet then paste the updated info to it in the same manner presented in the video.

The online CPDAS account will serve as your 'bank' of your CPD credit units that you can use for CPD (RA 10912) compliance purposes. The online system will let you monitor the accredited programs you have already attended.
• EASY SA CPDAS
The accredited CPD providers are in-charge/ responsible for encoding and uploading the attendance sheets of the conducted accredited CPD program/s.
Based on experience, its better if you already have a CPDAS account before booking online for a PIC renewal appointment.
Some CPD providers issue e-certificate prior to encoding to the CPDAS. However, when there is a delay in the uploading of attendance sheets resulting to delay in the info being reflected in the CPDAS dashboard, you could just present to PRC, the printouts of the e-certificates during your scheduled PIC renewal.
