I really enjoyed this lesson. It was fun to see the image come to life. Putting in the clothesline felt a bit daunting, though WOW, what a joy to see what it adds. It's so brilliant doing these lessons and seeing the images come to life. Having them all in a book, opposed to loose papers, makes it feel like there is a real portfolio developing. Also going page by page, I have the notes, the gems added, along with a catalog of how I am improving. I have never felt too creative in the past, though this is FUN. I tried doing a painting on my own, creating from my mind, but it was a MESS. So will stick to following your tutorials for now. Thinking in the future, maybe a few years down the road I too will be able to create from what I see. I find that I am good at the mimic, though need improvement on being original. Thanks Chris for taking the time to teach. I really appreciate you taking the time.

Love this painting with the warm earthy colors. I will be trying this. I did the recent magnolia painting and I enjoyed that. I also want to do the other one you showed here of the interior room with a window. For some reason I didn't get to that one when you first painted it. I need some better lighting so I can paint when it is dark! Thank you for sharing once again. Cheers!
