Cplc Bastille survived a six hour dive in cold water to recce a shoreline. Combat Divers are the first to be sent to the front in order to clear any explosive devices like underwater mines.

Massive respect from a former UK Royal Engineers Diver. If it's dark, cold, deep, exhausting, that's where you'll find the Engineer Diver ! 👍💪

I've been considering either Navy as a marine technician or the army as a combat engineer. With this job being a possibility, if I chose a combat engineer, I think I choose army.

That would be correct, we would encourage you to reach out to your local recruiting centre if you are interested in learning more about the different careers the CAF has available. You can find your local recruiting centre by visiting: forces.ca/en/find-a-recruiting-centre/#/

@CanadianForcescanadiennes I know that I want one of these two jobs. I think the best thing for me to do might be to try the navy experience program to see if the navy is for me, and if it isn't, I'll join the army. Thank you for the advice on talking to my local recruiter.

This footage kzfaq.info/get/bejne/bduTZ9RnzLfblI0.html is not from a classified operation, I know the man who video this, it is from a Pathfinder course in British Columbia.
