Lol. The attorney didn't "eviscerate" the social worker. Not by a long shot. And that's in the context of a social worker that seems kinda' dense.

This has to be among the top 5 most ridiculous CPS overreach cases I have ever seen. (I have seen thousands) The CW could not even articulate why CPS wants to order services for this family. Mom had MH issues months ago, handled it the appropriate way, the parents sat in car in driveway and had a conversationwhile baby was inside in ear shot of parents. dad tested pos for small amount of mj. ??? Stop wasting resources and putting families thriugh unwarranted stress for minor reasons. Surely this CW has more urgent tasks to do with families who are putting their children at risk than this nonsense. I'm not sure why Judge even continued this case, it should be dismissed with a good scolding for CPS for bringing this nonsense before the court.
