Dear Bob. The word on the streets is that Ivern Support with smite perma counter jungling is a great strategy. Ivern starts the game by buying the jungle item. (any one, you will sell it on first base) Your mission is to steal the quadrant the enemy jungler is not. Feel free to flash the wall to get there. It is important to use your passive on the inner camp (wolves or chickens), head to the buff and smite it, then use passive on outer camp (gromp or kruggs). When you are finished, head back to inner camp to collect it, then return to the outer and follow suit! Most junglers full clear nowadays, so you will have time unless agains an extremely fast jungler. Ward the jungle entrance to see if he is coming, but you will most likely get away with stealing all of his camps. Check side lanes or mid to see if ganking is posible, you will be level 3 and laners are level 2. Head base and sell your jungle pet and get a support item. Head back to lane and every time you see the enemy jungler somewhere, go and take his camps. It is common for the enemy jungler to finish a 25 minute game wihtout having completed his jungle item. Your ult charges up a lightning bolt with every auto hit so if you go full attack speed and tank and fight someone for 10s and hit them a bunch of times but don't kill them, they get a nice little treat of continuous lightning bolts for a while after the fight.

Dear Bob, you should play the infinite shield Jarvan build. The runes are; Grasp, Shield Bash, Conditioning, Revitalize, Cheap Shot, Ultimate Hunter. The build is; Eclipse, Winter's Approach, Spirit Visage. The build is so OP that you need to play it. You might ask how this works and I'm here to explain it to you so basically you use your w to gain shield and slow enemies and when enemies are slowed Fimbulwinter works and gives you shield too and when you e q enemies your Eclipse procs and you gain more shields and with Spirit Visage you are unkillable.

Dear Bob, Even though I think I am a bit late to the party, there is this one build you should try out. It's called the Blucian and it is exactly what you would think it is - Lucian with blue runes, blue items, blue summoner spells, blue trinket, blue chroma skin, played on the blue side. The parody song from Instalock says the optimal build is Muramana, Gauntlet, Dancer, Mallet and they buy Ionian boots, but since Mallet is no longer in the game and Ionian boots are no longer as blue as they should be for this build, I would replace the Mallet with the Blade of the Ruined King, for the boots either Mercury's or Boots of Swiftness and the last item just whatever is blue and you find good for the situation.

Hey Bob, taking up on the Quinn train, you could absolutely use her on Jungle! Believe it or not, her Q and E are GREAT tools for clearing jungle (she can literally do a full clear without pots, and leave at 60% HP!), plus her E is a SURPRISINGLY STRONG gank engage. So yeah, Quinn Jungle is good and viable.
