The vanilla creme brûlée is my favorite dessert, why? maybe from childhood memories , it is also my wife Wilma favorite, She always says that she is making better creme brûlée than I do. hum , i taught her so fine i give her this point.
Vanilla creme brûlée recipe:
Egg Yolk: 100 grams
Sugar: 75 grams
Heavy whipping cream: 250 grams
Milk: 250 grams
Vanilla paste: 1/2 tsp
