One of the whole time classic in the dessert's family.
The vanilla creme brûlée is my favorite dessert, why? maybe from childhood memories , it is also my wife Wilma favorite, She always says that she is making better creme brûlée than I do. hum , i taught her so fine i give her this point.
Vanilla creme brûlée recipe:
Egg Yolk: 100 grams
Sugar: 75 grams
Heavy whipping cream: 250 grams
Milk: 250 grams
Vanilla paste: 1/2 tsp

Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge Christophe! 🌸 just wondering, can I place the brûlées back in the oven to melt the sugar instead of using a blowtorch?

You could try to set your oven on broil , but really careful it might burn the sugar quickly

I am using gluten free flour and I think I put too much water and the recipe is confusing and I need help and the recipe website I use is tasty

I thought baking in a water bath is needed ??

Not when is a low temperature. It takes longer but bake it evenly.
