Mr. Sandeep Chaudhary an IPS officer of 2012 batch talked about Operation Dreams which he started in 2017 to provide free coaching to youngsters to prepare them for Competitive exams. He shared his key learnings including avoiding procrastinating, acting on one’s dreams and making incremental progress. When your determination is high, you can achieve anything in life. IPS Sandeep Chaudhary’s journey is one such inspirational story when he went on to crack one after the other government exams that included the UGC NET exam with limited resources and finally cracked the UPSC Civil Services exam without coaching in his first attempt and secured AIR 158.
Sandeep who is now posted as S.S.P in Anantnag, Jammu, and Kashmir not only works as a civil servant but also works as a part-time teacher to the needy students to prepare them for competitive exams for free. His brainchild ‘Operation Dreams’ prepares aspirants of weaker sections to fetch their dream job of Police Officer without spending much on quality coaching.
